I am looking for a shifter switch located inside the throttle assembly for a 1972 Mirror craft. It has the original 100hp johnson outboard on it. This is a small part about the size of a half dollar. Any ideas?

I have an 1988 xr4 Mercury, under WOT oil alarm sounds. Only at full throttle does this happen. Any info on this condition? If so what should i do?

I would have this checked out by an authorized Mercury dealer, you either have a faulty sensor or worse case an oil pressure issue at WOT.

Can my starting battery and deep cycle be connected together so both are being charged when the outboard motor is running. Are there compatibility issues I need to be aware of?

You should be fine charging both batteries from a smaller outboard charging system. A battery isolator is the correct way to handle your charging situation.
