I have a Bullet 20xd with 225 promax sport Mercury. The boat came with Invisible Touch steering system which is junk and they are out of business. What would be the best replacement for this system. This is a 85+ mph boat.

Answer
We will need more information regarding original steering mainly if it is cable or hydraulic before we can recommend what would work best.
I have a Mirage Tunnel boat with a V-6 Mercury. I need to replace the steering cables. I think it has a Ride Guide flat rack system. Are there replacement cables?

I just had my steering cable replaced with new cable. The new cable has started a clicking sound at the steering wheel. Only one or two clicks, but when my steering went last time it first started with that clicking sound.the guy who put in the cable said the 150 honda should have hydraulic system. Is that true. Answer Hydraulic Steering is definitely an upgrade and well worth the money, however it is not a must have, given the horsepower a good No-Feedback Cable System will be sufficient. It sounds possibly like you have a helm issue as well.
