We do offer a Dress Ring for that purpose but it may also require fireproofing material as well just for added protection.
I thought I saw this heater with a glass view door. Do yours have a glass door for viewing the fire?
Does this heater have a glass door. IF not do they offer one with a viewing door?

Both the diesel and the propane versions have a window. The solid fuel does not because of the differences in fuel and how a person could load the heater. Dickinson does not offer a viewing door.
Dickinson Solid Fuel Heater Wood Size?
I asked 1 question already but I was wondering how large a piece of wood will this thing hold and will it heat a 30’ boat??? Thanks

This boat heater will heat the main area where it is located. You may need additional heat. The firebox is approx. 7X6X4. You want to take care to not overload the firebox with wood. Here is more information on the Newport Stove
