Llasdrop Gen II Shaft Seal
My 43’ sailboat has a 75 hp Yanmar. How long (years/engine hrs) should the dripless shaft seal last? Is there a warrantee? Submitted by: Bob Clark
They come with a two-year warranty. As for longevity, it all depends on how many running hours you have ion it. A general rule; when it starts to leak that is when you would service it.
PSS Seal Worn Out
The graphite bit on my PSS seal seems to be worn out on one side (prob due to bad alignment). Is it possible to replace just the graphite part or does the whole assembly and metal disc need to be bought/replaced? Submitted by: Klaus Felsinger
You can get replacement seals. We would need to know what model and size you have.
