aluminum tubing life rail
Is there risk of galvanic corrision if you use aluminum tubing with SS fittings?

Unfortunately, there is always that risk with dissimilar metals.
Fitting Dimension
I have a Doral inboard/outboard with a cracked fitting supporting the boarding platform rail. Your Sea Dog Base Rail Fitting 90 Rectangular 7/8" (35102 281900-1 or 92564 286190-1)looks close but you don’t provide the bolt spacing. My spacing is 7/8" vertically and 2 3/8" horizontally (centre - centre). Will either of these fittings work?

35102 281900-1 c to c holes 2-3/8" x 1" 92564 286190-1 c to c holes 2-2/16" x 1" It is unlikely that you will find the 7/8" spacing - but 1" is close enough. 35102 looks to be the closest.
hand rails
Do you have in stock "end caps" for 7/8 hand rails?

Teak Hand Rail
I need to replace the teak grab rails on my Albin Ballad however the only rails I can find all have 10 inch centres and I need 21 inch. Is 10 inches now the standard centres for teak hand rails or is it possible to still get them at 21 inch centres? The full measurements are 86 inches long at 21 inch centres. Thanks!

You will, unfortunately, need to make your own rails to match up to the fine Swedish specs as they were designed. Is there any chance the handrail is the same as the http://www.albinvega.com/
Vega? Lastly, yes, 10" is the standard.
I need a handrail fabricated...
I’m considering buying a 1985 Trojan 10M but a beam fell on the handrails and I’ll need to replace the entire rail as it was removed and discarded. Do you duplicate rails for this boat?
Submitted by: Pat
We can supply you with the rail tube and fittings, but you will need to contact a local rail shop to fabricate or replicate the railing on the 1985 Trojan.
