Compass fluid leak
I have two plastimo compasses which have developed bubbles, no grazing or anything just bubbles. I am in FIJI! CAn yhou advisde if I can refill, or what I need to refill with? And if I can shop the fluid to here..HELP Submitted by: Siun
You should email the manufacturer and ask them as well. They can tell you what it was originally filled with. Typically, a compass is filled with clear, pure mineral oil (older compasses). If you can find where it was filled, you can open it up, top it up and seal it back up again.
