Ignition Switch
I need to replace the switch on a suzuki 2001 df 90. It appears that part 37100-92E00 IGNITION SWITCH SET for this outboard motor has been discontinued and is unavailable from Suzuki.
Any suggested solution would be welcome. Submitted by: dw
If the manufacturer no longer has the part the only thing you can do is try to match your old Ignition Switch with something that will work.
Ignition Switch Application
I’m looking for a push-to-choke type ignition switch for a non-marine project I’m working on, that has a battery/points type ignition. The wiring diagram for the Sierra MP41010 looks like it might work with either a magneto or points ignition. Will this switch work for my application? Submitted by: Bill

Marine Ignition Switch
I own an old Chrysler Fin and Fun, 15.5-foot tri-hull - later 1970s I am pretty sure. Came with a matching motor. I have a 75-horse Chrysler outboard. Anyway, the ignition switch has gone out. It is a three prong switch but also has choke (push in on the key). Any idea what I should replace it with? It is a 6-terminal switch. I only have wires connected to three of the terminals at the moment. The choke is connected to a separate switch. But that was just because the choke piece of the switch quit working a couple of years ago. Submitted by: mac

I need an ignition switch for a 1979 Sea Ray SRV. Which one would work? Answer We do not have a listing for individual boats so you will need to match it physically with the Ignition Switches we have available. the number and type of wire connectors you will want to match first, then you will not need to re-wire your original harness ends.
