Marine Battery Isolator
My outboard alternator puts out 60 amps but the batteries are 115 ampere hours. Does this make a difference on which battery isolator I puchase?

You just need to make sure the isolator can handle the alternator voltage the batteries dont matter.
battery isolator
I need an isolator for my boat, it has a 1985 50 hp Mercury outboard & I have no clue what amperage isolator to get. I am running a starting battery & a marine battery for accessories. Can you help me with this?

That engine is likely only charging a 16 amps max… The smallest Battery Isolator we offer. It will work well for you.
trolling batteries
I’ve got 2003 90hp merc 24v trollingmotor, batteries wired in series for 24v. How would I separate the 2 batteries to charge off motor?

When two 12 volt battery’s are hooked together ( in series ) positive terminal to negative terminal and negative terminal to positive terminal they become 24 volt. If you want to use both battery’s in a 12 volt application, connect the positive terminals together and the negative terminals together. Now the batters are in parallel giving you a large reserve 12 volt battery bank.

It is based on alternator output - a 70 amp should work for you.
dual battery isolator hookup
I have a 1978 SeaRay with a chevy 454 sterndrive bravo one. I want to hook up dual batterys so that the starter battery is charged first and the accessorie battery is charged second. Do you sell the isolator? What is the correct way to hook up the alternator and batteries to accomplish what I want?
