Gaskets
Hi,
I am in the process of replacing my starboard engine on 1988 Sea Rey Weekender 300. THe engine is marine Mercruiser 350 5.7 260hp.reverce rotation. I figured I would need to reinstall flywheel w/ bellhousing and a transmission on new engine. Need all associated gaskets for that job. Is this the one that I need? what are the otehr gaskets I would need (transmission side only)?

no power to prop
I have a 204hp merc inboard. Yesterday in use it was running fine. Now prop does not turn a lot of engine power. This motor has not been used in a couple years. What could be wrong? Oh, it is a 1975 boat —thank you Submitted by: JACK
Check the engine coupler. It may be spun.
Hydraulic Lines
I have an old 1977 Mercruiser (SeaRay) and the hydraulic line that goes to the intermediate housing below the engine broke. How do I access the end under the motor prior to going through the transom

Sometimes it helps to remove the exhaust manifold depending on what model engine you have.
throttle linkage Merc or Perfect Pass?
I have a piece of my throttle linkage broken. It’s a 2002, 5.7 ltr Merc. It is plastic and odd shaped to get around to other motor components. I also have a Perfect Pass. I’m not sure if its Merc or Perfect Pass, but, I need to ID and order a replacement part. I have a picture of the broken piece. serial number: 0M009113 Submitted by: Todd

No - 18-2172 is for a GM small block. 18-2173 is for a Ford small block.
