Evinrude carb rebuild kit
I have an Evinrude 140 V4 outboard model E140TXCD SN G1136679. I am looking for carb rebuild kits and carb floats. What is the correct part, and do you have the OMC part number? Submitted by: jon benson
The Sierra Carburetor Kit will be best for your boat. The OMC part number for the float is 391508.
fuel pump
I have a 4 hp Evinrude E4RDHEIA 1991 with a oem fuel pump 397445. What is the sierra equivalent part number for the fuel pump? Submitted by: Dan
Sierra does not make a fuel pump that will replace the original but they do offer a Fuel Pump Kit.
1995 28hp Evinrude carburator plugs
Can anyone tell me on a 1995 28hp Evinrude carburator if above the float if there are 1 or 2 well plugs. It is a rebuilt carb and don’t know if it should have 2. Answer Your best bet would be an Engine Repair Manual, we do not have that information at hand. Submitted by: MIKE
