ive got 1989 evanrude 120 hpoutboard thats been sitting up for 10 yr would you think that i need to install new seals and waterpump

Below are the parts we would recommend, the first is an impeller kit and the second is a lower unit seal kit, I would replace the complete water pump and clean the lower unit and replace any rubber seal you have.
