Is there a way to manually override my tilt & trim motor?
I have a 1997 Mercury Force 40 outboard with a tilt & trim mechanism that no longer works. Is there a manual override and how would I find it? Submitted by: Ray
You will need to disconnect the tilt & trim until it is repaired.
What would the right pump for a Force ob 35hp Tilt and Trim?
I have a Force ob 35hp ’88 model,I purchase a used Trim Unit for a Force OB w/out the pump. The unit model # is 357F91B . My Force model # is 357Y8B. What would the right pump be with this unit, need a little help… Answer We will need a part number off the motor and reservoir to verify accuracy but the Most Common Pump we have available as a pump only and as a Complete Unit.
