I have water rising out of these two Star/torque bolts on my exhaust manifold after changing my raw water pump. the water pump was shredded to bits. i removed one riser and it looks brand new no corosion at all. this is on a 2004 merc cruiser bravo 2. where should i look for my clog? I would check the riser for obstructions.

Not exact but as close you you can get to the OEM Manifold.

Your 2008 Bayliner with the 5.0 Mercruiser, seria number 1A303725, will use the 865735A02 exhaust manifold.
