motor hydro'd

I have a 1975 wellcraft , 307 chev/ omc motor,
tried to turnover for monthly running and motor wont spin. I think a cylinder is full of water. Engine oil is clean and not overfull. Will pull plugs tonight and see for sure. But if water is in cylinder, did it come from the manifold or the elbo riser?

Most likely a manifold. Pull them off and look for signs of water or rust in the exhaust ports.
