replacement helm seat

Looking for an adaptable seat replacement for a 2005 Bayliner Ciera 285 helm seat which has a slider bracket mounted to the seat. Needs to be low back to accomodate mooring cover. The seat mounts to a fiberglass storage locker big enough to drill new holes for mounting as needed

Have you Zwaardvis parts available? Specifically, I need the spring loaded pin unit that fits around the pedestal and holds the pedestal shaft at the height selected. It appears to be fabricated of plastic with a fixed steel pin and a spring loaded pin both of which fit into holes in the pedestal
