220 Volt Switch Panels - For Island Packet
Do you by any chance sell a 220 volt breaker panel identical to the Island Packet 350 sailing yacht. I live in the UK and wish to convert my boat form 110 to 220 volts. Submitted by: Alan
Your original panel is a Paneltronic panel. We can do this one of two ways… you get a new panel that you would have to rewire in. Second, you buy just the parts you need and upgrade your panel (remember, it will be a 220AC then!)
It is a Paneltronics panel. The 110v switches are rated to 240v - you do not need to replace them.
Does it have LED’s? If there are LED’s, they are rated at 110 - that would need to be changed - and that is more complex.
You would ONLY need to change the meter 289-007 and the main. I would need to know the amps - but we figure it would be 220v 30 amp Main 206-172. Follow-up - customer ordered the parts he needed for a 220 volt conversion.
