I want to operate two items (big propane grill and small propane grill) from the same 20 lb tank
I want to operate two items (big propane grill and small propane grill) from the same 20 lb tank. What do I need to do this and how much will it cost?
Submitted by: June D
You can T off from the regulator and run 2 separate lines, the cost varies depending on length. You will need at least 2 Propane Hoses and 1 Propane Tee Fitting. The items are just a suggestion and depending on your particular set up the parts could change.
Propane pressure?
Hi, I have a 30 lb tank with a T adaptor followed by 2-10ft and 1-5ft continuous hose to a big buddy heater. When I turn it off at the big buddy, eventually I have problems getting it started again, like it’s flooded. When I turn the propane of at the tank by disconnecting the hose and let the big buddy run out with the propane in the line I don’t have any problems restarting it. What is the problem? Also, can I put an in-line valve at one of the hose connections so I don’t have to turn it off put side? The hose connectors are the screw type with the tip on one end….the most common ones.

From your explanation I would have to say the valve on the heater is not shutting down completely causing a small constant flow. Turning off the propane at the tank and letting it bleed off should work as well as removing the line. It would be best to contact the manufacturer of the heater and make sure you do not have a safety issue developing.
I am looking for propane adaptors for using a bigger tank
I am looking for an adaptor to go from a 20 lb. clear view propane cylinder to a fitting for one of those small green bottles, is this LPG Pigtail Hose the right one?
Submitted by: steve
No. You are looking for a High Pressure Gas Grill Adapter Hose with a POL cylinder fitting at one end (the tank end) and a H.P. appliance valve fitting (1" 20 swivel male with "0" ring & check valve (it is the same as the little green portable propane tanks). This setup allows you to use a big propane tank in place of the small screw on green cylinders (1lb.) to run an appliance, heater or BBQ.
Using a seaward soleniod for a fireboy
Any reason why the seaward LPG 12v electric soleniod would not work on my Fireboy S1 panel?

You will need to call Seaward or Fireboy for information on whether it will work. They are not complimentry systems.
A dual tank setup propane hose - single regulator
I have a Glendale RV - older. The dual tank setup has a Y hose from the tanks to a single regulator mounted at the front of the unit. Some critter chewed through one has and I’m looking for a replacement. Answer We do have Propane Regulators available, take a look and see what will work.
