My Aqua Patio came with seat covers but the floor is exposed to rain all the time. Even though it is made for the water will the rain rot the exposed floor? Should I have a full cover for my boat?

All marine surfaces are subjected to harsh conditions caused by both moisture and the sun. The boat cover is an extra layer of protection against the elements and will increase the longevity of the surfaces it protects.
