Hole shot improvement
I have a 93 Force on a 93 16.7’Grew Cutter boat,70hp outboard engine and I’m trying to improve the hole shot for pulling a skier. Model # H070412NF and serial # 0E029811. Do they make a 4 blade prop for this model and will this correct my problem. Submitted by: Don
Unfortunately they don’t make a 4 blade propeller for Force engines. Your best bet is to drop the pitch by 2" and you will have a much better hole shot!
I need new prop
I need new prop. for ’98 force po. model 75elpt. We will pull tubers behind a 24 ft. pontoon. what pitch and would 3 blade or 4 blade be best? I have a 3.25 hub, 3 blade, unsure of pitch. Faster speed would be nice. Submitted by: Billy
There are no four blade propellers for Force engines. Go with a 12-1/2" X 8" propeller.
I have a 1989 Force 50
I have a 1989 Force 50. It’s been running great, I put the boat on the water, and I was only getting about half the rpms. I changed the control cable, but they’re doing the same thing. It seems the linkage is wide open, but not pushing the throttle all the way down? Submitted by: barl57
You need to go to full throttle at the control box and look into the carburetors to make sure the butterfly’s are completely open.

50:1 is the correct ratio for youe engine model.
Motor Swap
My 125hp Force outboard overheated and is now junk. I have a 90hp Chrysler outboard that’s like new. Im in the process of unbolting just the force engine and swapping it with the 90hp. They have the exact bolt pattern to put the 90hp on. Is there something I should know before I swap. Submitted by: RW
You should be fine with that swap concerning the bolts.
