Yanmar saildrive engine starting motor

Injector yamaha 150 hp 2006
I am from Romania and I am interesting buy 4 injectors for yamaha 150hp from 2006,nr from original injector is CDH275,7320857. Submitted by: IOAN

Housing pump for the impeller
I had impeller installed by a mechanic. Now the pump is dripping salt water. The mechanic claims due to over heating of the engine a new pump has to be installed. I thinking he may have caused the leak when installing the impeller. This is a 2007 ynmar with very low hours. Thanks Submitted by: Jeff
If the pump ran without water for a long period of time it could get hot enough to destroy the seal. The leak could also be coming from the gasket if not installed correctly.
I am trying to locate a small diesel fuel tank
I am trying to locate a small diesel fuel tank suitable for an inboard 8hp Yanmar marine diesel (I believe a YSE8), either an original tank new or second hand or similar style tank that I can fit in the space available. Can you assist with either a tank or advice as to where I might find one? Submitted by: Bob
Not being sure what size tank you are looking for, try this Selection of Fuel Tanks. For an original tank, you will need to contact the dealer.
Fuel issues with a Yanmar 3YM30 engine in my Farr 40 sailboat
I have a Yanmar 3YM30 engine in my Farr 40 sailboat. It runs well at low speed but at higher revs it fades and then dies. It can be coaxed back into life with judicious throttle action but the problem recurs at high speeds. When it does restart there is white smoke at first then black. I have replaced the delivery pump and the two fuel filters to no avail. Any ideas? Submitted by: sequoia
It does sound like fuel starvation. Make sure there is no restriction to the primary fuel filter. Have you looked at the injection pump?
