Seat fasteners - plastic nylon fasteners
I had to replace some wood backing in the seats of my boat and in the process the nylon fasteners that held them in place broke because of age. They’re similar to the fasteners used in a car or truck to hold door panels in place. They’re about an inch long, 5/16 around and have ribbed sides to grab the wood and fiberglass boat sections.
