This heat exchanger is actually a Mercruiser style. It is part number 63107. It sells for $ 846.48 (8/19/2011).
Crack on heat exchange
I recently launched my boat in the water and discovered one of the engines has a crack on the top of the heat exchange manifold. The engine is a 305 Chev. Is there anything I can do / buy to repair the crack without replacing the manifold? Submitted by: jon
You can try a radiator repair shop and see if they can fix it. A word of caution, when they are cracked outside there is a good chance it is damaged internally. In this case, it can’t be repaired.

It appears that I may have a cracked exhaust manifold on my boat engine, I just bought this boat and have not had it on the water yet and am getting ready to hook up water and run it in yard to verify but just in case I am inquiring now. It is the right side looking from rear of engine, left looking from front. It is a:
1986 200 hp mercruiser 305cu (306) according to sticker
serial # A527001
