Great cusomer service ! Go2Marine is the only business I know of that carries NARCO general purpose cleaner/degreaser and it is the best I have ever used for its intended purpose. It was easier for me to pick up a 5 gallon pail at "will call" than to have it shipped. The person taking my order set up everything for me and it took little extra time. Called to order around 1 PM, left to pick the product up around 2 PM, on my way home around 3:30 PM ! Quick positive helpful customer service, can't ask for anything more !! |

During the recent snowstorm in Seattle, the power went out just when my order was due to be shipped. Jeff at Go2Marine drove down to the ferry terminal and waited till a ferry came in so that he could connect his laptop to the ferry's Wifi. Ever since computers became the way of life for shopping and ordering parts for the do-it-yourself kind of guy, I have been doing just that for just about everything in and around our home, including parts to keep my bass boat's in usable condition,without too much down time when something decides to go bad and stops working. Most of the times after placing an order, I have had to wait as long as 10 to 15 days before receiving. This past weekend the power trim/tilt motor on my 02/200HP Merc decided it's tired of working,so it quit. I jumped on the computer looking for a good after market motor that I could get pretty fast. That's when I run across API and Go2marine for the very first time. I placed my order very late on a Sunday evening, and just 38 hours later UPS was ringing my door bell with package in hand. I found Go2Marine's web site after I had become so frustrated with attempting to order a part on another site. I was so relieved that the site was easy to use,fast and efficient. There was however a mix up initially and the part didn't get shipped. When I called to check on it I spoke to Rose who did an amazing job of getting me my part. I explained that my installer was waiting (we all know how expensive that is) and she shipped me my part Overnight with a 10:30am delivery!!!!! "It was so great to find a vendor that includes and lists 'Guam' and who offers to ship via USPS. I checked out several vendors, which did not even list 'Guam' on their drop down menu. Most used UPS or FedEx, which are very expensive shipment, because they charge international rates to/from Guam. Guam is a USA territory and the USPS charges domestic fees to/from Guam. "I ordered a wooden steering wheel for our pontoon boat it was my husbands main gift for Christmas, I ordered the wheel on 12/9/07 and I received a e-mail stating it would be mailed in 5 days. With all the hoopla going on I forgot I didn't receive it yet on 12/20/07. I called Mike and told him what had happened and he told me the 1 I ordered was backordered til sometime in January, I was so upset I wanted to cry. I have nerve cancer and can't get out of the house to shop so I do all my shopping on line. When I called and spoke to Mike he not only offered me a larger more expensive steering wheel and promised me I would have it on Christmas Eve. My husband and I had to leave to go to his parents to celebrate Christmas and at that time I still did not receive the wheel like promised. When we arrived home at 8:00pm the box was on my back deck. Like Mike promised I did receive it on Christmas Eve. THANK YOU SO MUCH MIKE, YOU REALLY MADE OUR CHRISTMAS SPECIAL. Monday, April 2, 2007 I have a Force 85 horsepower outboard and the tilt and trim unit went out. I tried many places to find one even the local dealer could not help me on this, they said the orginal unit was obsolete. They could get me one but I would have to make some major changes in order for it to work and it was real expensive. Darren got me what I needed and it fit my motor just like the orginal and was $250.00 dollars less and I got the unit "QUICK". He knows exactly what he is doing. Great job. If I need any thing else for my outboard you can bet you will be the first one I will contact.I am also going to recomend you to all my freinds.Again great job and thank you very much.

I live in a location, however, that is not served by UPS Ground and would have to pay an outrageous amount for UPS 2nd day or overnight. I really appreciate that Go2Marine is willing to ship USPS Priority Posts. The service usually take 3 or 4 days and the rates are extremely reasonable. Don't let anyone rundown the "Good Old US Mail" and people that use it! "Big Brown" is OK, but worthless in this part of the world!
