DESCRIPTION
The Bennett Sport Trim Tabs are ideal for boats in the 17' - 23' range. Their unique Batwing design provides more lift than conventional Sport Trim Tabs. BennettÕs new M-80 and M-120 Sport Tabs have a smaller foot print and shorter actuator for the smaller space of trailered boats.

Most boats are designed to plane at a particular speed and weight distribution. However, as weight increases (due to additional fuel, passengers, or gear) and/or speed decreases, the stern settles down creating an inefficient, untrimmed condition. As the boat pushes forward, it creates a "hill of water." In this bow-high position visibility is limited and the hull bottom is pounded. In addition, due to significant hull drag and extreme prop angle, fuel economy is poor. Properly sized Bennett Trim Tabs enable your boat to overcome this "hill" and plane at speeds slower than designed planing speed.
As the helm control is pressed, the stern rises, lowering the bow. Without touching the throttle, speed increases and optimum attitude is achieved regardless of speed or weight distribution.
Bennett Trim Tabs reposition the boat's bow to cut through the water reducing pounding, drag, and engine laboring. Repositioning the bow creates greater visibility which increases safety. Reduced pounding means greater comfort. Less drag and engine laboring translate into increased performance, greater speed, and reduced fuel consumption. Warranty:
Bennett warrants to the original purchaser and subsequent owners, that Bennett will repair or replace, at the discretion of Bennett, any part or component manufactured by Bennett which is proven to the satisfaction of Bennett to be defective, and which failure has occurred under normal use and within the warranty period. This Limited Warranty does not apply to Products that have been damaged, or which fail, as a result of causes other than manufacturing defects (such as but not limited to electrical overloads, electrolysis, casualty, fire, collision, improper installation, lack of maintenance, exposure to elements, alteration, or misuse). This warranty does not cover damage to finishes. The warranty commences from the first date a Product is purchased by the customer. If the product is installed on a boat by an OEM then the warranty commences on the first day on which the first retail customer purchases the boat. This warranty applies exclusively to products purchased and used in the United States.
Return:
- All returns must be recevied within 30 days of receipt.
- Manufacturer defects reported within 30 days of receipt will be supplied a pre-paid label for return shipping upon approval.
