The Sea-Dog 4-1/2" S-Style Pull-Up Cleat is constructed of stainless steel for use on your boat and includes a backing plate for sturdy use.

  • 4-1/2" cleat 041304-1 includes backing plate
  • 4-1/2" Pull-Up Cleat accepts Drain Fitting 041594 drainage to bilge - sold separately
