18-8 stainless steel is a general term used to characterize fasteners made of 302, 302HQ, 303, 304, 305, XM7 and other grades with close chemical compositions. 18-8 SS is made with approximately 18% chromium and 8% nickel, making 18-8 SS an excellent choice for corrosion resistant fastener needs.
