There also will be 2 injection ports but we will provide a plug in the kit to change over to single water injection. Seals under 1-1/8" will be fitted with a single port unless otherwise specified by the customer.

The Lasdrop DrySeal features a compact, economical lip seal design that can be installed quickly and easily. The self-adjusting inner lip seal is held in place by a split-face plate and secured to a stationary copolymer housing. This keeps the seal in constant, low friction contact with the shaft, preventing water from passing in or out of your vessel. As in all Lasdrop seals, the unit incorporates a "water-lubricated" bearing in the housing to keep the unit properly aligned with the shaft.
The Lasdrop DrySeal has an optional back-up seal that if installed during the original time of installation can be installed without removing the unit or the shaft. Available in shaft sizes 3/4" to 8" (20mm-200mm), accommodating any size stern tube up to 10 1/2" in diameter. Metric sizes available. Also an excellent rudder shaft seal.
