Additional Description

Solar Panel Kits feature High Capacity ASC Controllers, a simple and inexpensive way to protect small solar systems from overcharging your batteries. They are solid state shunt regulators which offer two-step charging to maximize solar energy usage. ASC's are fully encapsulated in epoxy resin, making them rugged and reliable in all environments. Complete with temperature compensated charge voltage. Rated at 8 amps, these controllers allow you to run multiple small panels in parallel to increase your output without having to buy multiple regulators. If you need to upgrade your existing system, you can wire your old solar panel into one ASC Controller.
