Regulatory and Marker Buoys

Marker BuoysRegulatory / Marker Buoys are essential for safe navigation while on the water. Go2marine offers regulatory Buoys by Taylor Made Products and Jim Buoy.

Taylor Made's Regulatory buoys feature rotationally molded high density polyethylene shells that are impervious to UV light. Taylor Made puts extra care in the manufacturing of their buoys with a rotational molding process that allows for uniform wall thickness without the internal stresses that cause cracking over time and under extreme temperature changes.

Regulatory Buoys are available in various sizes including the Sur-Mark Red Nun Shaped Buoy, Sur-Mark Green Can Buoy, as well as White Regulatory Marker Buoys Custom buoy colors can be ordered by phone. Taylor Made offers a three-year floatation warrantee on all hard-skin buoys.

How to Choose the Right Sized Regulatory Buoy

As a general rule, you should select a buoy offering slightly over twice the amount of flotation required for the weight of the anchor chain you will be using. (Example: 50 lbs of anchor chain will require a little more than 100 lbs of buoyancy)
