Q: I installed a Jabsco twist n lock toilet last year. It just started to back up. My wife said she used a lot of paper before the backing up began. Any ideas which part could be damaged or how to repair? A: Well, you already know how it got clogged up and what not to do again... I am not sure that you damaged the workings at all. Likely you have got TP buildup holding the Joker valve or pump valve open. think if you unbolt the pump (housing #28) from the bottom mount, you can get in there and clean it out. It is likely part #20 or 16 (which has a weight on it and TP likes to stick to it).
