V-Sharp Classic
The V-Sharp Classic uses two high quality diamond rods to sharpen the blade on both sides at the same time using a spring that is calibrated with tension. This item is a great item to have for kitchen,fillet, hunting and most other flat bladed knives. This model is made of hand crafted steel frame, solid rubber base and a beautiful black powder coat finish.
The V-Sharp is compatible with a ceramic hone for those blades with serrated edges, and give he superior edge to knives with a smooth blade.
Diamond and ceramic hones are available both items are interchangeable for which ever hone meets your need at the time.
