The DEXTREME Dual Edge Stiff Fillet Knife's ergonomic handle delivers great cuts with no compromise. The dual blade design enables you to cut through scales without dulling the fillet blade. You'll work efficiently by using just one knife. The upper "Tiger-Edge" cuts through scales and tougher surfaces while preserving the fillet blade's sharpness. A flip of the "DEXGRIP" ambidextrous handle and you use the lower blade for precision work.
Handles will withstand high and low temperatures
