DESCRIPTION
Attwood Marine Gas Spring SL1-40-5 provides 40 Lb of force using an 8mm rod in an 18 mm cylinder. The SL1-40-5 has blade ends with a 10mm mounting hole and extends form 7" close to 10" extended.
Popular replacement gas springs. Made with bio-degradable, no hazard to water, grade oil (WGK), making them the marine industry's most environmentally friendly gas springs. All springs pass ASTM B117, Attwood Salt Spray and a 30,000 cycle lifecycle test. Mounting brackets available separately.
