Ignition conversion kit's

1998 omc cobra 3.0 L with electronic shift assist. Can I use part# 1146A. Some kits say they are not to be used on electronic shift assist.

Do I have to buy a cap and rotor with this conversion kit? 1146A Kit.

Standard cap and rotor will work with the Electronic Ignition Conversion Kit. If it’s time to replace the cap, then do it at the same time. If not, it will work.
