The Go2Marine Captain’s Rewards Program (“Program”) is designed to reward our customers for their loyalty. By participating in the Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Eligibility

The Program is available to customers with a valid Go2Marine.com account. Participation is free and no purchase is required to join.

This Program is not available to customers who:

• Reside outside of the United States
• Are not 18+
• Are currently enrolled in another discount, wholesale, or promotional program

Go2Marine reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.

Earning Rewards (“Coins”)

Members earn rewards (“Coins”) through qualifying purchases and eligible actions as defined within the Program.

• Coins have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged
• Coins are issued based on completed transactions only
• Go2Marine / LFS reserves the right to adjust earning structures at any time

Redeeming Rewards

Coins may be redeemed for discounts, rewards, or other offers as specified within the Program.

• Rewards may only be applied to eligible purchases
• Rewards cannot be combined with certain promotions or discounts unless otherwise stated
• Rewards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash

Returns & Refunds

If an order is returned or refunded:

• Any Coins earned from that purchase will be automatically removed from the customer’s account
• Coin deductions occur when the order’s financial status is updated to reflect the refund
• If Coins from a refunded order have already been used, Go2Marine / LFS reserves the right to adjust the customer’s balance accordingly

In-Store Redemption

Customers shopping in-store may redeem rewards in the form of a physical or e-gift card.

• To redeem in-store, customers must contact Go2Marine / LFS directly for assistance
• Additional verification may be required prior to issuing a gift card

Expiration of Rewards

Coins will expire two (2) years after a customer’s last qualifying activity, including but not limited to:

• Earning Coins
• Redeeming Coins
• Placing an order

Inactive accounts beyond this period will forfeit any remaining Coins.

Program Limitations & Exclusions

The following limitations apply:

• The Program is limited to U.S.-based customers only
• Accounts participating in wholesale, bulk, or special pricing programs may be excluded
• Must be 18 or older
• Can only be earned on eligible online orders placed through Go2Marine; in-store and phone orders do not qualify for coin accrual
• Abuse, misuse, or fraudulent activity may result in removal from the Program and forfeiture of all Coins

Modifications & Termination

Go2Marine / LFS reserves the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice
• Adjust earning rates, redemption values, or expiration policies
• Revoke rewards if misuse or violation of these terms is suspected

General Terms

• Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these terms
• All decisions made by Go2Marine / LFS regarding the Program are final
• The Program is void where prohibited by law
