When not in use, the cleat folds down completely flush with the deck, creating a smooth, low-profile surface that eliminates tripping hazards. When needed, simply pull it up — it locks securely in place for reliable line handling.
The 4-1/2 inch length provides good horn space for securing fender lines, dock lines, flag halyards, and other medium-duty applications. The 3-hole design allows for enhanced mounting security and greater flexibility during installation.
