Find a better parts supplier

I ordered a steering linkage bushing which consists of 2 washers and 2 plastic inserts. What I received is 1 washer. Only one piece of a 4 part bushing and paid to have it expedited. I called go²marine to let them know they had sent me the wrong part and wanted me to send them a picture of the part they sent me. They did not know what the bushing was supposed to include nor did they have a picture. I called the manufacturer and ordered the exact same part and the bushing came with all 4 parts. I will not be ordering from these people again. I expect a marine parts store to know what they are selling and when I order I expect to receive the appropriate part in its entirety. This was a waste of money and time. Find a better and more reliable parts supplier.
