Easy mixing, Pour the small container into the large container and stir Thick, smooth, graphite black coating with superior abrasion resistance Working time of 30 minutes at 75&deg.Waterproof epoxy sealer reinforced with Kevlar fibers for superior abrasion resistance. Use for barrier coating for sealing boat bottoms, truck bed, canopies fiberglass and tanks. May be applied in cold weather and cures faster than other brands.

I'm guessing it becomes inert and harmless after mixing and curing, please confirm.

On the safety question: after the resin and hardener are properly mixed and thoroughly cured, Coat-It becomes a hard, cross-linked epoxy coating and is far less chemically reactive than the uncured components. The manufacturer specifies about 10–12 hours cure time at 70°F (21°C) and specifically designs it for waterproof marine applications including boat bottoms and hulls.
