Tessilmare has created a high quality stainless rub rail kit that can be easily shipped within the small package shipping environment. As a result, a complete system can now be easily delivered to your door for your next retrofit project. The US patented system features Sphaera 8.5’ bars that will protect and beautify your boat with polished 316L stainless steel bars with a Duralene core. The bars protect the boat hull, and is resistant from dings and dents. The bars are predrilled for easy installation, and can also be bent by hand along basic curves (min bending radius 1 1/8’). The 85 foot PVC base is flexible, and requires no heating to attach to the boat.

Quantity of 1: 85 foot continuous roll of Sphaera 25 PVC Base in black or white
Quantity of 10: Sphaera 25 8 ½ foot 316L wrapped bars with a Duralene® core (bar dimension 1”)
