The V-Lo Duo Edge Santoku Chefs Knife has a unique handle design which allows for extreme comfort with a soft grip while still offering complete control. The blade is made out of dexsteel which is a stain free high carbon steel that has been individually ground and honed. The Blade has small indentions above the blade in order to reduce food sticking and friction. Great for restaurants, cafes and catered events.
