The EDGE-X by Outdoor Edge Cutlery has two sharpening slots for shaping and maintaining a razor-sharp edge on all your outdoor, galley and kitchen knives. The EDGE-X fits in a pocket but with its pivoting X-base it provides improved safety and stability while sharpening.
The EDGE-X is set at a universal 22 degree angle. The stage 1 coarse tungsten carbide bits reshape a dull blade quickly, while the stage 2 fine ceramic rods finish the blade to a razor’s edge. A rubberized TPR finger hold ensures a non-slip grip and four 3M rubber foot pads give a secure grip on most any flat surface. After use, the Sharp-X folds down flat for storage.
