Warranty: Engineered Marine Products (EMP) warrants that its products are manufactured free from defects in materials and workmanship. The Warranty is in effect for a period of two (2) years from the original date of delivery for all EMP products, provided, that if the EMP product is used in connection with commercial, rental or other income producing activity, the effective period of this warranty is limited to ninety (90) days from the original date of delivery. The Warranty is subject to the additional terms. Return: All returns must be recevied within 30 days of receipt. Manufacturer defects reported within 30 days of receipt will be supplied a pre-paid label for return shipping upon approval.
