Description
Fiberlay Orca Fiberglass Mat, 2-layer, 17oz, 38" Wide, 55B170838, is a Double Bias Bonded Fabric allowing improved glass to resin ratios, smoothness and handling properties. Use of optional chopped strand mat on one side reduces labor while enhancing bonding characteristics. Fiberlay stitch-bonded composite reinforcement combining equal amounts of continuous fiber oriented in the +45° and -45° directions into a single fabric. This construction offers off-axis reinforcement without the need to rotate other materials on a bias. The versatile fabric, made from high-quality fibers, is available in a variety of widths and weights to meet your particular requirements.

Orca bonded fabrics are used wherever high performance characteristics need to be tailored into a laminate.
