Fulton ETCSTL0701 Economy ETC & Spare Tire Lock Theft-resistant locking cap fits over wheel studs (up to 9/16" dia.) to deter spare tire theft. Removable plug allows longer wheels studs to protrude through cap. Locking tab prevents lock from turning.
