Gibbs Delta #1 Highliner Flasher - UV GY JellyThis 11" x 3-5/8" rotating flasher is manufactured in Canada from the finest quality plastic resins. The "HIGHLINER" is fitted with welded jump rings, Ball Bearing Swivel and a coastlock terminal snap. As the flasher rotates, it imparts a lifelike swimming and darting action to all baits and lures.
