All Highliner Flashers feature high quality Holographic tapes that provide amazing light reflections at all depths, Ultra Violet pigments that help attract feeding fish to your lure and 2 ball bearing swivels ensure smooth action and the ultimate in durability.
This 11" x 3-5/8" rotating flasher is manufactured in Canada from the finest quality plastic resins. The "HIGHLINER" is fitted with welded jump rings, Ball Bearing Swivel and a coastlock terminal snap. As the flasher rotates, it imparts a lifelike swimming and darting action to all baits and lures.
