All Highliner Flashers feature high quality Holographic tapes that provide amazing light reflections at all depths. All Highliner Flashers are infused with Ultra Violet pigments that help attract feeding fish to your lure. Two ball bearing swivels ensure smooth action and the ultimate in durability.
