Warranty: Poly Planar products are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of either 1 year or 2 years depending on the part number in question. Return: All returns must be recevied within 30 days of receipt of the order. Returns are NOT accepted on the following: Special Order items Material made to order (cut to length etc.) Hazardous items Electronics, custom boat covers, windshields and boat covers that have been opened. RGA paperwork MUST accompany the product. If a product arrives in the warehouse without a RGA #, it will be returned. RGA numbers will expire after 30 days from date of creation. Manufacturer defects reported within 30 days of receipt will be supplied a pre-paid label for return shipping upon approval.
