Purchased 3 sets and bows for my open 6x10 trailer...4 out of the six broke on the first trip...luckily I found 3 sets from a 1960's boat that I used to replace these cheaply made sockets...the metal is 3x as thick as these and will provide years of service I'm sure...if you plan on using these to support bows under a cover for highway travel I would look elsewhere...
These work great at a great price.
