These Elastic Shock Cords are great for securing bicycles, hand trucks, dinghies, or other odd-shaped items to your boat, trailer, or RV. Also handy for bundling items together, making them easier to carry or store. Constructed of natural rubber with a UV resistant polyester cover. Hooks are coated for corrosion and scratch resistance and covered with a PVC tip.
